MEET the coach
Hi, I’m Coach Brett.
Sports have always been a huge part of my life, and I believe they’re about so much more than wins and losses. My training style focuses on both the physical and the mental side of the game. I push athletes to build strength, speed, and endurance while also teaching confidence, resilience, and mindset—because growth on the field always starts with growth in the mind.
I’m an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Youth Fitness Trainer, and I’m currently working toward my Strength and Conditioning certification. This background allows me to train athletes safely and effectively, while also creating personalized programs that meet each individual where they are.
Outside of training, I’m a husband and a dad, and my family motivates everything I do. Coaching my daughters in soccer, football, and basketball has been one of my greatest joys, and it fuels my passion for helping other young athletes succeed.
At Elevate Youth Coaching, my mission is simple: to develop not only stronger athletes but stronger people—equipping them with the physical skills and mental toughness they need to thrive in sports and in life.
